Q. How do I change my email or home address?

To change your email address:

1. Log into My APL. If you have never logged in, learn how to register with the catalog.
    
2. In the upper right, click your username (or the first letter of your username) in the blue box, then choose My Settings from the menu. 
    
3. Under Account Information choose Email Address. 
    
4. Update your email in the top box for reminders about borrowing activity for physical items and to modify your PIN/password if needed. Update your email in the second box for notifications about OverDrive / Libby digital materials. These email addresses do not need to be the same. Please note that you can also place items on hold directly in OverDrive / Libby, and you may need to update your email there as well. Learn more about changing your email in OverDrive. Choose Save Changes. 

You can also email circ.link@austintexas.gov or call Customer Service at 512-974-7475 to update your email address, or to stop receiving email notifications.

To update your home address, please visit any APL location to show photo ID and proof of address.
