Log into My APL: Checked Out and locate the item you want to renew. Check the scenarios below:


Never renewed, no one waiting:


Renewed once, no one waiting:


​Renewed two times, no one waiting:

 

1 (or more) person waiting (regardless of how many times you've renewed):


If the item has 1 or more people waiting, click the item title to check the item availability. If it shows an available copy or copies, call Customer Service: 512-974-7475. They may be able to track down a copy to fill the other person's hold so that you are able to renew. Learn more about renewing items that have holds and available copies.

If the item says Cannot renew, it is from OverDrive. Learn about renewing OverDrive items.
