Q. Can I use the library without a card?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to visit any Austin Public Library location. During your visit, you can: 

• Attend programs, classes, and events
• Use library materials and selected digital resources (e.g., databases and eLearning content)
• Connect to Wifi or use public computers
• Reserve and use meeting spaces

You would need an Austin Public Library Card to check out materials or to use our digital resources resources from home.
