If you just placed the hold, cancel the hold and place it again with the new location. If you don't have the option to choose a different location, turn off single-click holds or change your preferred location.

If you've had the book on hold for some time and don't want to lose your place, call Customer Service at 512-974-7475. We can change the location if the item is not yet available.

If the hold is already available, call the location where it is being held and request that we transfer the item. Here are our locations and hours.
