The Central Library, Recycled Reads Bookstore, Ruiz Branch Library, and Spicewood Springs Branch are authorized by the U.S. Department of State as Passport Acceptance Facilities. Appointments are required at all four locations. Appointments may be made through the Passport Services page up to 3 days in advance. Appointment times will roll over in real-time every 20 minutes. Due to high customer demand, we are unable to schedule appointments by phone or email. Walk-in passport applications are not accepted.
