Q. When I upload a copy of my ID for the eCard, what format should I use?

You can upload a copy of your photo ID and proof of residential address in JPEG/JPG, PNG or PDF format.

At this time, the Library cannot access files uploaded in iOS HEIC format. To take a picture in JPEG format from your device (iPhone or iPad) running iOS 11 or higher:

1. Go to iOS Settings and swipe down to Camera.
2. Tap Formats
3. Tap Most Compatible to set the default photo format to JPEG.
