Yes, everyone is welcome to "check out" and "return" seeds from the circulating seed collections. The main collection is housed in the classic card catalog cabinet on the 6th floor of the Central Library, and additional collections are in progress at several branch locations. The seed collection is a joint project between APL and Central Texas Seed Savers.
