You can find basic tax forms at the
Central library
.
They may also be available at some
branch locations
. Please call the branch before you go.
You may ask the IRS to mail you tax forms by calling
800-829-3676
or by
ordering online
.
You can also view and print all documents and forms from the
Forms and Publications
section of the IRS website (exception: non-scannable forms like the 1099 cannot be printed). Printing is available at all
library locations
for 20 cents per page.
