If you're seeing a "Privilege has expired" message it is usually because your Library Card has expired and needs to be renewed. You can renew your account two ways:

In person

Visit any location with your library card, a valid photo ID and proof of your current residence address
 

Online

If you cannot visit a location or simply prefer to do so, you can renew online! You will need:

 

Please note: Adults renewing their Library Card will need to pay any unpaid fees owed on the account down to $24.99 or less. Non-residents have to pay a non-resident fee in full to renew their Library Card.
