If you have registered with the catalog:

Call Customer Service at (512) 974-7475 to reset it, or do it online: 

  1. Go to the password reset page, which is linked from the My APL log-in page:


     
  2. Enter your library card number (by the barcode on the back) and click Send.
     
  3. Check the email account that we have on file for you. You will receive an email with instructions for changing your password. When you update or change your PIN/password, it must be at least six characters and contain at least one number and one letter. You also have the option of using the following characters: underscores (_), exclamation points (!), at signs (@), and percent signs (%). If you don't receive an email, check your spam or junk folders. The email will come from: do-not-reply@bibliocommons.com


To use the Forgot Your Password feature, you need to have already registered with the catalog.


If you have not registered with the catalog:

Call Customer Service at (512) 974-7475 to reset it. They are open Monday – Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM and Friday  Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
