If you have registered with My APL:
Call Customer Service at 512-974-7475 to reset it or use My APL's Forgot Your Password tool:
- Go to the password reset page, which is linked from the My APL log-in page:
- Enter your library card number (by the barcode on the back) and click Send.
- Check the email account that we have on file for you. You will receive an email with instructions for changing your password. When you update or change your PIN/password, it must be at least six characters and contain at least one number and one letter. You also have the option of using the following characters: underscores (_), exclamation points (!), at signs (@), and percent signs (%). If you don't receive an email, check your spam or junk folders. The email will come from: firstname.lastname@example.org
To use the Forgot Your Password feature, you need to have already registered with the catalog.
If you have not registered with the catalog:
Call Customer Service at (512) 974-7475 to reset your PIN/password. They are open Monday – Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM and Friday – Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
