Library card holders can now reset their PIN/password through our online Forgot Password? page. Card holders will be asked for their library card number and the email address on their library account.
After entering this information customers will receive an email with instructions for changing their password. Please keep in mind that PINs/passwords must be at least six characters and contain at least one number and one letter. Passwords can also contain the following characters: underscores (_), exclamation points (!), at signs (@), and percent signs (%). If you don't receive an email, check your spam or junk folders.
If you do not have an email address associated with your library card you can call Customer Service at 512-974-7475 to reset your PIN/password. They are open Monday – Thursday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Friday – Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM.
