If you just placed the hold, cancel the hold and place it again with the new location. If you don't have the option to choose a different location, turn off single-click holds or change your preferred library.
If you've had the book on hold awhile and you don't want to lose your place, call Customer Service: (512) 974-7475. We can change the location if the item is not yet available.
If the hold is already available, call the library location where it is being held and request that we transfer the item. Here are our location numbers and hours.
