The Hampton Branch at Oak Hill closed for renovations on Saturday, August 25. As a result, customers are no longer able to select the Hampton Branch as a pick-up location for holds.
If you are waiting for an item that is unavailable and you’ve requested that it be sent to the Hampton Branch, unless it arrives on or before Thursday, August 23, it will be redirected to the Manchaca Road Branch and held for you there. If you would like to choose a different pick-up location, call Customer Service at 512-974-7475 or notify us online (Ask a Librarian).
