If an item is currently on the shelf ("available" in the catalog) at its home location, transferring the item from one location to another typically takes 3-5 business days. Holiday closures and the fact that there are no transfers on the weekend contribute to this timeframe. You should receive an email when your item(s) are ready to be picked up.
