If an item you returned is still on your account, contact Customer Service at 512-974-7475 or circ.link@austintexas.gov. Please include your name, Library Card number and the location where the item was returned. Customer Service will initiate a search for the item.
Please do not renew if the item is overdue. If the item is found on the shelf, it will be checked in without accruing a fine.
