The Library can handle most OverDrive questions if you contact us with our email form or call us: 512-974-7400, Option 1.

OverDrive also has an extensive support site including step-by-step instructions and videos.

Issues that we cannot solve will be referred to OverDrive directly through their Support Form. You are welcome to use this form at any time to troubleshoot problems, to request that they force-return a book that you can't remove from your account, and so forth. They will answer you directly, typically in a very timely manner.
