If you try to download an OverDrive title too many times, you may get an error: "This download has been disabled. Please contact support." If this happens, fill out the Overdrive support form requesting that they reset the link. You have only 3 tries to download EPUB, PDF, and MP3 audiobook files. 

This error may also occur if you are having trouble with a download and were able to get some parts of the book but not the entire book. If you were able to download some parts of the book, try this:

  1. Open OverDrive Media Console.
  2. Right-Click the title of the book, and select 'Download Part(s)'.
  3. In the 'Download Part(s)' dialog box, choose which part(s) you would like to download by placing a checkmark next to the desired part(s), then click the 'OK' button.
