If you're seeing a "Privilege has expired" message it is usually because your Library Card has expired and needs to be renewed. To renew, visit any Library location with a valid photo ID and proof of your current residence address. After the card is renewed, the online features of the catalog will again be available. Please note that as of October 1, 2015, non-Austin residents will need to pay a non-resident fee in order to renew.
