The Austin Public Library offers many resources to grant seekers. The Foundation Directory database allows you to limit your search by geography and by subject of grant. Please visit the Central Library to use the database and to obtain more information about the foundations. There are also directories for corporate giving that may be of interest to you.

The Library's Nonprofits guide can help you find a grant for a nonprofit. You can also find assistance at the Regional Foundation Library. The Regional Foundation Library is open to Austin community members and offers free access Foundation Directory Online, Foundation Maps, and Foundation Grants to Individuals.

If you're interested in finding funding for college, please see the Financial Aid section on our Colleges and Universities guide.
