In effort to protect our customers' privacy, the Library does not keep a history of borrowed items once they have been checked back in unless there was a fine. If this feature were enabled, our backend catalog would collect the checkout history for everyone, not just for the individuals who opt in. If subpoenaed, we would be required to provide it to the FBI or other authority. We are not, however, required to keep these records, so we choose not to. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details.

If you need a title and you recall you paid an overdue fine on the title, we could retrieve that information for you. Please call Customer Service at 512-974-7475, or email us at circ.link@austintexas.gov.
